FUTURE OF THE LEFT
Release new single ’i am the least of your problems’

Future Of The Left are pleased to announce that their new single ‘i am the least of your problems’ is to be released on 25th June 2012 through Xtra Mile Recordings.

It is the second (digital) single to be taken from the Welsh rockers’ forthcoming album ‘the plot against common sense‘ and would be the perfect soundtrack to a car advert or video game if you can ignore what the silly man is shouting about. It was recorded in about twenty minutes and live is played so fast that it sometimes finishes just before it begins, making it the first commercially available rock song to partially reverse the aging process.

‘the plot against common sense’ is released on 11th June 2012 through Xtra Mile Recordings in the UK and Europe and on 12th June in North America through Xtra Mile/ILG.

Constituting 49.8 minutes of singing, shouting, slinking, smashing and (at times) sobbing, the album is the best thing the band have put their name to in this or any other dimension, a fact which is not open to debate.

Recent single ‘sheena is a t-shirt salesman’ was blasted out across the airways, played and championed by Radio 1’s Daniel P Carter, Huw Stephens as well as XFM, 6Music and Kerrang! Radio.

They are currently on their eagerly anticipated headline tour across the UK and Europe. Remaining dates are as follows:

JUNE
13 Brighton, The Haunt
14 London, XOYO
JULY
14 2000 Trees Festival, Cheltenham
21 Sheffield Tramlines Festival
29 Off The Cuff Festival
AUGUST
5 Matlock YNOT Festival
9 Croatia, Zagreb Terraneo Festival
