What made you name your band Dead End Liars?
We were just throwing loads of names around, nothing with any real meaning to be honest, it just sounded good and had that ring to it. I guess it could be in reference to the way the country is heading in our opinion, a dead end?
Which bands do you draw inspiration from musically?
We draw our influences from many bands across a wide spectrum. We both love different bands from different genre’s. A few bands we are influenced by collectively would be; Foo Fighters, Dinosaur Pile Up, Queens of the Stone Age, The Xcerts, Death From Above 1979. There are just so many to name.
What can people expect from your live show?
A lot of distorted sounds and pounding drums. A general loud kick in the face. Melodic vocals with the odd scream and shout. Some crazyness and a chunk of energy. We put our hearts into the performance. We want to give people something to remember us by.
