The greatest 19th century synth, pop rock ensemble to ever to grace the 21th century, The Helmholtz Resonators, are release one of their most emotionally charged singles to date in the form of ‘Scars’, out April 16th on Trashmouth Records. The single also comes with a master class in Acid House genius in the form of a remix by Johnny Aux, which sounds like another future retro classic blasted through night riders sound system!

‘Scars’ is a tale of lost love played out in this beautiful, emotionally gripping tune with all the highs and lows that comes with a break up. The track is accompanied by a magic animated video made by Lee Gregory.

NEW VIDEO FOR ‘WOLF HAND’
SINGLE OUT APRIL 23RD
MORE FESTIVAL SHOWS CONFIRMED
LABEL: TRANSGRESSIVE

With their next single ‘Wolf Hand’ set for release through Transgressive on April 23rd, Pulled Apart By Horses have released an accompanying video of subtly powerful proportions.

According to the band Wolf Hand is “our very own piercing tale of forgetting about ageing and staying forever young,” and there’s no doubt that every word, pounding beat and soaring guitar embodies the spirit of youth, as captured in this home inspired video directed by Bob Harlow.

Watch the video for ‘Wolf Hand’ here:

One of the album’s many highlights ‘Wolf Hand’ demonstrates just why Q said ‘Tough Love’ was “the most exciting British rock album in years”. The album’s previous single ‘V.E.N.O.M.’ received unprecedented support from Radio 1, 6 Music and XFM and ‘Wolf Hand’ looks certain to carry on the tradition, hot on the heels of an incredible UK tour that climaxed at a sold out show at The Electric Ballroom in London last month. The band have also been confirmed for a slew of festivals this summer, including the main stage slot at Reading & Leeds.

‘Wolf Hand’ can also be heard along with the rest of the album through the band’s facebook page (www.facebook.com/pulledapartbyhorses), where fans can ‘borrow’ the album for seven days and get rewards for sharing. They’ll be updating the page regularly with original & exclusive content.
